Buttock Enhancement needn’t be a Pain in the Bum
Updated: Mar 3
Which is the right way to go about achieving the buttock size you’ve always dreamt of? The head turning rear that gives you that inner confidence wherever you go!
Well, if you aren’t happy with your present derriere and would like it improved, then we have some reassuring news.
It isn’t necessary to go to the expense of potentially painful surgery. In fact, you don’t need to undergo the rigours of surgery and a general anaesthetic at all. There is a painless and less expensive alternative – and we’re here to make it all possible for you.
At Dr Confidence, we specialise in reshaping and enlarging buttocks by using hyaluronic acid injections. This is a completely non-surgical option – where there are no knives, no general anaesthetic, no fat transfer, no implants and no post op trauma. You’ll also experience minimum downtime, so much so that you can be back at work, or going about your normal routine, the very next day.
What’s more, you’ll see results from the injections immediately.
The purpose of buttock augmentation injections is to give you a fuller, firmer and shapelier bum - in no time at all.
Over an extended period, however, the hyaluronic acid will break down naturally in the body, so to retain your buttock shape you will need a top up treatment after about 12 months.
Your procedure will be carried out in pristine surroundings at the Dr Confidence Aesthetics clinic in Cheadle, Manchester by Dr James Kimilu, one of the UK’s leading specialists in non-surgical treatments, who has undertaken literally thousands of similar procedures. You’ll be in good hands.
We offer a walk-in, walk-out treatment. So no need for overnight stays. There is also a significant cost saving compared to full blown surgical intervention. Should you choose to spread the cost of treatment, however, we can offer attractive finance terms.
We would advise booking as far in advance as possible, as this is a heavily subscribed treatment and slots do fill up quickly.
In the meantime, we’ve covered some frequently asked questions in connection with buttock enlargement treatment, which you may find useful.
How Big Will My Buttocks Look After Treatment?
It all depends on the current size and shape of your buttocks and how much hyaluronic acid we inject. This is something our specialists will discuss with you ahead of your consultation. In essence, it’s being realistic about managing expectations.
Will I be Suitable for Treatment?
We will always take into account your medical history at the consultation stage, to make sure there are no underlying reasons why the treatment shouldn’t proceed. The treatment is best suited for those who have excessive droop in their buttocks, as it offers both lift and shape.
What does the treatment entail?
The treatment is always undertaken by our fully qualified consultant. First, topical anaesthetic cream is applied to the required area. It takes approximately one hour for the skin surface to be completely numb. A surgical marker pen is used to outline the treatment area of the buttocks and a local anaesthetic is injected to numb the area more deeply. This is followed by the injection of hyaluronic acid.
Will the Treatment Hurt?
There may be some slight discomfort when the local anaesthetic and the hyaluronic acid are injected, but the aim is to keep this to an absolute minimum through the initial use of topical anaesthetic cream.
How quickly will I notice a difference in my buttock shape and size?
Immediately! But this may be accompanied by some bruising and swelling. It may take a couple of weeks to completely settle down before you can see the full results.
How Long Will It Take To Get Back To Normal?
As a precaution, you will be prescribed post-treatment antibiotics and for the first couple of weeks after the procedure, we would suggest you sleep on your front and avoid sitting down for long periods. During this first fortnight, you should wear cycling shorts, or something similar 24 hours a day. In the following two weeks, continue to wear these during the daytime only. We would also recommend taking it easy on any excessive physical activities, particularly involving squatting.
Are checkups included?
Your swift and complete recovery is important to us, so yes, checkups are free of charge and all part of the treatment. To ensure everything is in order, the doctor will see you shortly after your treatment and you’ll also be given all the necessary contact details for any advice you may need in between your clinic visits.
