The Case for Non-Surgical Penis Enlargement over Surgical Penis Enlargement

We are frequently asked by men, who are seeking a larger penis, as to whether
it’s better to go for an aesthetic procedure or surgery.
Whilst the answer will always come to personal choice, after years of
specialising in non-surgical penis enlargement treatments and knowing how
successful and straightforward these procedures are, we would always
recommend the non-invasive approach.
Fat Transfer – Points to Consider:
If you were to undergo full blown surgery to increase the size of your penis, the
procedure involves the transfer of fat from one part of the body (usually the
stomach region) into the penis. This is known as lipofilling.
There is a tendency for necrotic fat, lumps and even scar tissue to be
visible. The penis is an organ which doesn’t naturally have fat in it. With
a surgical intervention involving lipofilling, a layer of fat will be
introduced into the penis which can feel odd.
There are always risks associated with hospital surgery. The operation is
pretty much irreversible. The only way of doing so is by the surgical
removal of the fat, which is not only traumatic but is also neither
straightforward nor guaranteed to be successful.
One surgery is unlikely to be enough. Since most fat reabsorbs in
anything between 3 and 12 months, the likelihood is that further surgery
will be necessary.
With surgery, you have to wait up to six weeks before everything
“settles down” and you can have sex.
Surgery is generally at least twice the price of having a non-surgical penis
enlargement treatment.
Non-Surgical Treatments – Points to Consider:
Hyaluronic acid, which is used in penis filler injections, is a safe product
that is naturally occurring in the body.
After treatment, the texture of the penis should be exactly the same as it
was prior to the treatment. It won’t look and feel any different. But it
will be larger, obviously.
Fillers remove the need to undergo penis lengthening surgery because
the weight of the filler will have the desired effect of increasing the
length
Patient satisfaction levels are extremely high and the likelihood of side
effects is rare.
Unlike surgery, which requires a hospital admission, each non-surgical
treatment takes about 30 minutes in the clinic, whereupon you are
ready to go home and carry on with your everyday life almost
immediately.
You can have sex within seven days of treatment.
The treatments generally cost around half as much as surgery.
Relevant Research
In terms of comparing non-surgical penis enlargement with surgical
intervention, there is evidence to support the case for undergoing the non-
invasive, aesthetic route over surgery.
A pivotal study was carried out in 2013, widely reported in peer-reviewed
medical journals, comparing the outcomes for 83 men who between 2007 and
2011, either underwent non-surgical penis enlargement through HA injections
(in this study, the filler used was Macrolane VRF 30) or surgical enlargement
via lipofilling surgery. The assessment of results focussed on patient
satisfaction levels, with particular emphasis on the efficacy and safety of the
treatment.
The results found that the circumferential enlargement obtained from both
techniques - non surgical and surgical - ranged from 3.2 to 4.5 cm. In all
patients, the increase in penis length ranged from 1.8 to 3.6 cm.
The vast majority of patients (72) reported being “very satisfied” with the
results.
However, whilst no complications were seen in patients treated with the
hyaluronic acid filler, eight of the patients who underwent the fat grafting
lipofilling surgery, developed granuloma (a mass of granulating tissue).
Granulomas form when the immune system attempts to wall off substances it
perceives as foreign, but is unable to eliminate. Another patient experienced
fat necrosis. This is a condition that can occur when a person experiences an
injury or trauma to an area of fatty tissue. This can result in the fat being
replaced with the oily contents of fat cells. The term “necrosis” means the cells
have died.

The conclusion
We would suggest that no one undergoing penis enlargement would wish to
experience either granuloma or fat necrosis in their penis post-surgery.
This research supports our own deeply held views that the optimum technique
for achieving penis enlargement is through non-surgical treatment. Having a
non-invasive, aesthetic procedure produces satisfactory and predictable
results. Moreover, there are extremely low rates of complication; the filler is
extremely reliable, whereas there is risk associated with full-blown surgery.
